Review of Blood Money is available on various websites

The movie from the house of Bhatt’s  has a strong message to today’s youth that shortcut to success takes you nowhere and it only your moral values and hard work that pays in the end. The movie begins with Kunal Khemu shown as a pizza delivery boy who is greed obsessed. His lust for power and easy money drags him into the world of criminals, arm traders and diamond mafia. He is offered a job in the diamond trading company in Cape Town and from there on is life takes a turn for the worst and the fairytale existence with his wife Arzoo(Amrita Puri) turns into a nightmare for him. The boss of this crime syndicate is none other than his boss named Zaveri played by actor Manish Chaudhuri and his brother Sandip Sikcand a regular of the Bhatt camp. But as time goes by the futility of his greed and lust dawns on him and the second half of the movie is all about the struggle by Kunal to come out of the web of crime and emerge as a stronger person.   You can find the review of blood money on websites as well as in newspapers.

Regarding the actors Kunal puts up a sincere performance as an struggling delivery boy turning into person obsessed with greed. Amrita Puri as the silently suffering wife doesn’t have much scope for her role except her interaction with her husband on the dining table. Manish Chaudhuri’s performance reminds the audience of the old time villains for his mannerisms of smoking cigar and ending every line of his with  ‘Superb’ every time. Debutant Mia Uyeda does not have much to do except for the skin showing in which she has succeeded to an great extent. She is shown as honey trap laid for Kunal  which he falls for.  It is Vishal Mahadkar’s first film as the director and inspite of getting  a good platform to showcase his talent he falters at various levels. The story though well told has a slower pace and the dialogues required more potency . The background score which is always the plus point of any Bhatt’s film is strictly average . Though the film has all the ingredients of a regular Bhatt film of drama, emotion and skin show it is not engaging enough to bind the viewers. You can get the review of Blood money on various sites.
